Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please be prompt for your appointment as your treatment will be cut short as consideration to the next client to avoid cutting into their scheduled time. If this happens you will still be charged the full rate of your original appointment.
We understand things can happen, if you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us asap so we can offer the appointment to someone else to avoid charges to you.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice a small charge of 50% of the treatment will be charged/invoiced to you. A no-show will be charged in full, as the therapist’s time has been allocated to you at this time, preventing other bookings.
Continual re-scheduling and canceling will require payment in advance.
For bookings taking over 1.5hrs a deposit of 50% is required and 3 days notice is needed to cancel or you will lose your deposit.
