Booking & Cancellation Policy

On making your booking our system is set up to require 50% as your deposit for your appointment.

You will receive an appointment reminder email 72hrs prior and a txt reminder 24hrs prior to your appointment.

We understand things can happen, if you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us asap so we can offer the appointment to someone else. Deposits can be refunded up to 48hrs before your appointment. You can move your appointment up to 24hrs before your appointment. 

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours your deposit will be retained as a small charge for holding your appointment time for you. If you do not come to your appointment (no-show) the remaining portion of the appointment may also be charged to you.

Please be prompt for your appointment as your treatment will be cut short as consideration to the next client to avoid cutting into their scheduled time.  If this happens you will still be charged the full rate of your original appointment.

Returns & Refunds

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the results from your products purchased here on our website, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. To return
your item please follow the below steps. Once we receive your item back with the completed product returns form we will contact you.

  1. Download and complete the product returns form: Sophora Online Product Return Form
  2. Send the product back to us at:

Please note we can only process a refund or exchange once we have received your returned product, we recommend using a trackable service and email us at skincare@sophora.net.nz Subject Online Return to let us know to expect your package.

Shipping

Shipping is within NZ only. We charge an additional fee for Non-Urban/Rural Delivery Zone based on NZ Courier address system. If you are unsure you can use their Tool Address Checker. If you are non urban and have not chosen this option you may be asked to pay this fee before your goods are shipped.

Privacy & Security

We collect your information only to assist you with making great product choices. We only share as much information as needed with our courier to get your products to you. We do not share or sell your information beyond this.
